Kingsville, which takes its name from its founder Abraham King, is a semi-rural town that you could easily miss if you blink while driving on Route 1.  Missing it though would be a mistake.  Kingsville has a certain old-world charm in its modest business district.  The tiny post office is indicative of the small town appeal you'll find throughout the community.  In the more rural parts, you'll certainly find farmland but also beautiful estates and pristine yards in all-American neighborhoods that beckon you to take a closer look.  The supply of real estate in Kingsville never seems as high as some of its neighboring communities and that may be because its residents appreciate the idyllic setting in which they live, nestled between major towns like Perry Hall and Fallston but yet so far removed in personality.  If you're craving a more relaxed lifestyle and ample open space while maintaining easy access to a major thoroughfare, don't miss out on Kingsville.
